Contact our administrator, Wanda, regarding your event.

Other than the date, place, time, sponsoring group, etc., it will be helpful if you could share your overall goals and vision for the event. We suggest that you do this at least 3 months in advance. The application (see below) is very detailed, and may take a week or longer to fully complete. All completed applications should be sent to Infusion at least 60 days prior to the event.

Receive and complete application.

Due to college, work, and church leadership responsibilities, we are limited in the number of events in which we can participate. We ask that those interested in booking Infusion complete and submit an application.

The purposes of the application are listed below:

A) It allows both parties to be aware of what is expected of them, leaving less room for miscommunication and frustration, and helping to advance God’s Kingdom with order and excellence.

B) It lists the basic needs/requirements of the band so you are able to determine if the venue, technical setup, etc. will be adequate. It is also designed to pinpoint any potential problems with these and other areas.

C) It lists your basic expectations and overall vision for the event so Infusion can pray and determine if we are the right people to partner with you. Our goal is to serve and support your vision, so we want to make sure we’re headed in the same general direction that you are. Once we feel we are familiar with the event, we can pray about each application and make decisions as we feel lead.

Receive notification in writing

Within about 2 weeks you should receive some type of reply from Infusion. (Please keep in mind that this is a general time frame and not an exact one.) In the case that Infusion is able to participate in your event, you will begin working with Wanda on further details and planning.
